AT $650/Month, you’ll have one dedicated designer and one dedicated account manager handling your design projects. Enjoy unlimited revisions, with each project completed in a queue one at a time.
How will my projects be queued for production
In the Standard Package, your projects are managed through a ticketing system with unlimited revisions for each. Projects are completed one at a time, and once one is finalized, you can instantly submit your next request.
What is your customer support like?
Our support team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
How many revisions can i get per project? is there a limit?
You can request unlimited revisions on projects; however, each project is handled one at a time. A project must be finalized and the ticket closed before starting a new one. Simultaneous project work is only available with a custom enterprise team that includes at least two full-time designers and one dedicated project manager.
What if I want to stop the engagement, how do I cancel?
It’s simple! Just send a message to your assigned account manager to end the engagement and we’ll process it immediately. Please note there are no pro-rated billings or refunds, so the engagement will continue until the last paid date as stated in your contract.
How often do you bill your clients?
Standard Package clients are billed monthly, while Dedicated Designer and Custom Enterprise clients are billed on a biweekly schedule, every 15th and 30th of the month.
